Dozens of brides-to-be packed the Albany Mall Sunday afternoon for the 13th Annual Bridal Expo.
The event, which was sponsored by David's Bridal and Men's Warehouse, featured 20 local vendors that can help a couple plan their wedding from the pictures to the centerpieces.
Albany Mall Marketing Director Debra Rowe says they organize the event to be during a time when couples need it most.
"We find that a lot of the brides are becoming engaged over the Christmas Holiday as well as on Valentine's Day, so it kind of hits at a good time to have them newly engaged and ready to plan,” said Rowe.
At the end of the expo, one lucky bride won a dream wedding package that included tuxedo rentals, a gift certificate and a deluxe wedding announcement package in the Albany Herald.
