Albany police say that Shannon Swanigan turned herself in on Wednesday evening.

Initial Story
Police have made an arrest in connection with the fraudulent title pawn transactions that took place at the E-Z Pawn on South Slappy Boulevard.

Investigators say 35-year-old Roderick White turned himself into the Dougherty County Sheriff’s Department on February 5th. White has been charged with two counts of theft by deception.

Officers are still on the lookout for 28-year-old Shannon Swanigan who is also wanted in this case for five counts of theft by deception.

Anyone with information is asked to call crime stoppers at (229)436-TIPS.
