A collision Sunday leaves on in custody after a semi-truck struck a Hummer at Clark Ave and Cordele Road.  / Matt Prichard

ALBANY, GA -- Albany Police and the Georgia State Patrol were called to the intersection of Clark Avenue, and Cordele Road Sunday night in reference to a collision between a Hummer and a semi-truck.

The Hummer was reportedly totaled in the collision, with the driver's condition unknown.

One individual on the scene however was given a sobriety test and taken into custody for driving under the influence.
