Convicted felon caught with guns, marijuana, and cash

ALBANY, GA --
Damarcus Price, 26, is facing charges for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute after a raid is conducted at his residence.

The Albany Dougherty Drug Unit obtained a search warrant for the apartment located in the 1600 block of Gardner Avenue and entered the home around 1:30 PM.

Police found a pound of marijuana and more than $9,000 in cash. The marijuana was found in small sandwich bags and shrink wrapped plastic.

Three guns were also confiscated from the residence. The suspect had two revolvers and one shotgun with an extension clip.

In addition to the marijuana charges, Price is also charged with three counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Damarcus Price was arrested in Henry County for similar charges.
