ALBANY, GA --
The Albany Police Department showed up to a late-night house party on Saturday after shots were reportedly fired.

Some of the partygoers told officials they were at 1500 Gillespie Avenue when a fight broke out.

At some point, someone reportedly fired shots at two people inside a blue Chrysler 300. Police say neither person was hit and the incident is still under investigation.

Officials say they took in one person for questioning but no charges have been filed at this time.
