Homeless people, from around Albany, were treated to a hot Thanksgiving meal Thursday afternoon at, Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.

"Feed the homeless" was joint effort between several small business owners, non- profit organizations, public servants, and concerned citizens. Those in attendance are grateful for the hot meal.

"We just appreciate what everybody is doing in Albany, not just at friendship but all over, people feeding people all the homeless and we just appreciate that," said Joseph T, from Albany.

For people who couldn't make it to Friendship Baptist, meals were boxed up and delivered to them.
