VALDOSTA, GA --
Wild Adventures is adding more days in their business calendar to help honor military families in honor of Veteran's day.

Wild Adventures say they will open Friday, November 23 through Sunday, November 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with free admission for military families and friends of Season Passholders and will donate a portion of Season Pass and admission sales during the three days to a local food bank.

“We are thankful for the continued support of the community,” said Vice President and General Manager Molly Deese in the release. “These additional days are our way of showing appreciation while providing a stress-free alternative to the days following Thanksgiving. We can think of no better way to say ‘thanks’ than with free admission for our military families and for friends of our Passholders.”

All active duty, retired, disabled veterans, military reservists and dependents with a valid military ID receive free park admission November 23, 24 and 25. Wild Adventures also shows appreciation to Passholders with three Bring A Friend Days. Both 2012 and 2013 Passholders can bring one friend per day November 23, 24 and 25. In addition, Wild Adventures will donate five dollars from each park admission and season pass purchased at the park those three days to Second Harvest of South Georgia to help feed families in the community.
