ALBANY, GA. --

If you're not busy next Wednesday, the Albany Salvation Army is inviting you and your family out to a feast.

F.E.A.S.T stands for Families Eating and Sharing Together.

The dinner is set up to create time for family and community bonding.

Families from around the city joined at the Salvation Army for a dinner of barbecue chicken, and macaroni.

Organizers say every week the number of people attending the event grows.

“Right toward the end of the meal we'll have an in depth Bible study. We work through some selected material and just enjoy ourselves,” says Major Kelly English, with the Salvation Army.

English says people from all walks of life have come out to break bread with the Salvation Army.
