The Southwest Georgia chapter of the national federation of the blind held a "Meet the Blind" walk earlier today.

The group left from the Albany heights apartments and walked to the Ray Charles pavilion.

Organizers say they wanted to have this walk to show people that just because they’re blind, doesn’t mean they can’t get out and enjoy life.
