ALBANY,GA --
It's supposed to make your child's lunch healthier, but students across the nation are protesting the Healthy Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010.

The Act, a mission set forth by First Lady Michelle Obama, is meant to increase the availability of fruits and vegetables in student's lunches. However, it limits students to 850 calories per lunch. Students object, saying the athletes need calorie intakes in the thousands to get through football or soccer practice.

This has students at one Kansas high school venting their frustrations online in a music parody of a song called "We are young", changing the words to "we are hungry".

Nutrition specialists say there are other options, such as bringing snacks with them to school. Experts also encourage eating several times throughout the day and getting 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
