ALBANY, GA --
Tuesday morning multiple law enforcement agencies searched the Flint River for a body after receiving a tip about something that resembled a person being in the water.

Albany State University Police, Albany Police, Albany Fire Department, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations were all involved in the search when they found a man’s body around 8:30 a.m.

Kim Baker is the GBI Special Agent in charge of this case and at an afternoon press conference didn’t release many details except that multiple agencies were involved in the search after a tip, the body recovered was that of a male, and that it has been sent to the Macon GBI Crime Lab for an autopsy.  Officials did not release a name or hint that the man found could be that of missing Albany State University student Taylor Terrell who went missing Saturday.
