ALBANY, GA -- The Dougherty County Library System lost their director after she passed away unexpectedly Monday night.

36-year-old Ashley Moore was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital Monday night. Early reports according to FOX 31 Media partner the Albany Herald say she suffered a heart attack.

The Albany Herald has confirmed with Dougherty County Clerk Jawahn Ware and members of the Library Board confirmed Moore's death Tuesday morning.
