SYLVESTER, GA -- The
Sylvester Police Department
has announced that charges and arrests have been made in the death of 4-year-old Julian English.

says that on June 29th, the Worth County EMS responded to 1202 North Washington Street Apartment A-4 in reference to a un-responsive 4-year-old child. The child was under the supervision of Deivon Lee-Arthur Hudson.
English was transported to Phoebe Worth hospital in Sylvester where he was pronounced dead. The child was transported to the Macon crime lab where an autopsy was performed.
The Sylvester Police Department says that they have been doing a death investigation into the cause of the child's death. The child's death has been ruled as a homicide. 21-year-old Deivon Lee-Arthur Hudson has been arrested and charged with murder, felony murder, and cruelty to a child. Hudson turned himself into the Sylvester Police Department investigators Friday at 12:30 p.m. He has been booked and placed in the Worth County Jail.
