ALBANY, GA --

U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson was in Southwest Georgia Friday.

He took sometime to speek at the Pelham Rotary Club, and the Town Hall in Tifton.

Isakson gave a legislative update from Washington D.C..

After his speech he took some time to answer questions from the audience, which were mostly about the economy and job rates.

He feels both can be saved as long as we make some changes such, decreasing regulation, and increasing predictability amongst businesses.

Isakson also said he supports Mitt Romney's decision to pick Paul Ryan as his Vice Presidential running partner.
