ALBANY, GA. --

Investigators are still looking into the death of a 44-year-old woman whose body was found in a trailer home on Clarke Avenue.

Dougherty County's district attorney says the woman's body is being sent to the Macon crime lab for an autopsy.

The victim, Judith Diane Hernandez, was discovered by her roommate Tuesday night.

The Albany Police Robbery Homicide Unit and the Dougherty County coroner were both on scene investigating the case.

At this time several people have been questioned but there is still no suspect.

“What we'll have to do is assess where we are after we get the autopsy report from the crime lab and that is critical to the final determination of where the crime took place and who might possibly be involved,” says Greg Edwards, Dougherty County District Attorney.

Officials say there were signs of foul play.

The case is being investigated as a homicide.
