ALBANY, GA --
An accident on the corner of Palmyra and Stuart had traffic backed up for a while.

Police say 26 year old Latrenda Baker was driving a black Volvo when she failed to yield while making a left turn onto Stuart Ave., causing a blue Expedition, driven by 24 year old Showana Chester, traveling South East on Palmyra to crash into her.

Both drivers were transported in Phoebe Putney for observation.

The driver of the Volvo was cited for failure to yield.
