Habitat for Humanity gets boost in Veterans Build

ALBANY, GA --
The Flint River Habitat for Humanity has a new sponsorship for its Veterans build.

Bank of America presented a $3,000 check to Habitat; that donation was matched by the banks corporate offices bringing to total amount to $6,000.

This money will go a long way in getting the first home ready for a veteran to move in says Brian Mallow, the V.P. Flint River Habitat for Humanity, We've been focusing on a veterans build for the last few house, and months and we've got our first veteran planning to move in, in the beginning of September, and this will go a long way in finishing up that..."

Bank of America is hoping the partnerships leads to volunteer opportunities for its employees.
