ALBANY, GA. --

A Sylvester man is facing aggravated assault charges in connection to a stabbing.

Frederic Adams, 51, is accused of stabbing 23-year-old Rashad Parker in the back.

The stabbing happened Friday night at the rear of the Petro Store at the intersection of South Main Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

Parker had just left a nightclub when he got into a verbal altercation with Adams.
