Three individuals hit by semi-truck while bike riding.  / From file

ALBANY, GA --
Three individuals riding bicycles were hit by a semi-truck reportedly owned by American Proteins Incorporated.

The truck reportedly hit the individuals, killing one and sending the other two to the hospital for further treatment. Terrell County Coroner James Hamby, confirmed the death this morning.

The Georgia State Patrol is continuing its investigation of this incident and we will keep you updated as details become available.
