ALBANY, GA --
The Albany Police Department’s Investigations Bureau would like to solicit the public’s assistance with locating the following person.

Detectives believe Christopher Simmons may have information that could be helpful in the investigation of a burglary, armed Robbery, and aggravated Assault that occurred on July 8, 2012 at 1511 Cordell Avenue.

Officers responded to the above location in reference to a person that was shot in the face. Upon their arrival they made contact with the victim, who had a minor facial wound to his left cheek area.

The victim stated that about 6 black males came to his house and as he was running away, one of the suspects shot him in the face.
