ALBANY, GA --
A Macon man is behind bars after he tried to pass off counterfeit money at the Wal-Mart on Cordele Road Saturday night.

33-year-old Shamir Terry asked employees at the Wal-Mart to load $550 onto a Green Dot card using 11 $50 bills around 10:30 p.m. on Saturday.
