ALBANY, GA --
The Spee-Go Convenience Store on Johnson Road had an unwelcome customer early Thursday morning.

Around 2:29 a.m. officers responded to the convenience store in reference to an active alarm.

When they arrived, they found one of the glass entrance doors had been busted out.

Authorities say a black male, wearing dark colored pants and a gray hoodie, had a scarf over his head as he attempted to enter through the front door.

After checking the business, Mr. Patel, the owner, discovered that no property was taken.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact the Albany Police Department.

If caught, the suspect will be charged with 2nd degree burglary.
