ALBANY, GA -- In our Facebook Story of the Day, you asked how much does the City of Albany pay in electricity per year.

We sat down with Assistant City Manager, Wes Smith to find the answer:

"Annually we budget for two different types of power usage, the largest single one being street lights at 1.6 million dollars a year. Then the rest is the other facilities at about 2.3 million dollars," said Smith.
