ALBANY, GA --
A man was murdered during a shooting outside the Four Kings Game Room in Sparks early Saturday morning.

Officials say 24-year-old Nathan Bright was shot in the head and 36-year-old Yolanda Scruggs sustained a gunshot wound to the thigh after a fight broke out on Adams Street around 1:40 a.m.

Both Bright and Scruggs were transported to the South Georgia Medical Center where Bright was pronounced dead. Scruggs underwent surgery and is expected to make a full recovery.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigations has been called in to help locate and interview witnesses – Sparks Police estimates there were almost 100 people in the street during the shooting that may be able to provide information.
