The Albany police need your help finding a man that hit a SunTrust Bank ATM customer on April 30th, 2012.

ALBANY, GA --
The Albany Police need your help finding a man that hit a SunTrust Bank ATM customer on April 30th, 2012.

Police say that 61-year old Willie Hardwick was using the ATM at the SunTrust Bank on Broad Avenue when he was approached by an unknown black male. The two engaged in a brief verbal dispute after the victim repeatedly asked the suspect to move away from him and he refused. Shortly afterwards, the suspect struck the victim with a closed fist causing him to fall to the ground.

The suspect is a black male, around 25 years old, and 5'10. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and tan shorts.

According to investigators, Hardwick was able to obtain the tag number of the suspect’s tan Nissan Altima: BXY8725

Anyone with information should call Albany Police or Albany Crime Stoppers.
