ALBANY, GA --
A distribution center located in Albany is planning on growing in the near future.

FedEx has outgrown it's old facility and Setzer Properties Zaln LLC will be building a new one that will be triple the size of the old one in the Parkway Industrial Center.

“We're very excited about it that they like this community so much, their business is doing well enough that they want to continue to invest here and grow here. Just a good announcement all around,” says Economic Development Commission President Ted Clem.

This also means more jobs, experts also expect their workforce to grow considerably.
