ALBANY, GA --
The Flint RiverQuarium held the first of two July Discover Days Sunday afternoon with a series focused on "Nature's Transformers."

The RiverQuarium offered multiple arts and crafts activities that focused on teaching children how a caterpillar becomes a butterfly and how a tadpole becomes a frog.

Kids were able to make pasta or cheerio butterflies, put together a foldable packet on the stages of a frog's life, match the correct order of either animal's transformation and more.

If you weren't able to make the first Discovery Day, the second event will be held on July 15th at 2 p.m.
