ALBANY, GA --
Albany Technical College is looking to acquire a piece of land that could lead to expansion in the coming years.

With the school constantly upgrading, a press release was sent out announcing they are in the process of acquiring land that could continue the building boom of the last several years.

The property sitting just a block away from the main campus has school administrators extremely interested. However the property owner placed a $5,000 fee for holding the property until a decision is made. Albany Tech met that amount and now has 60-days to purchase the land before the owner puts it back up for sale.
