Updated: Nix turns himself in

Nix had warrants issued against him for aggravated assault, burglary, and false imprisonment after an incident on May 22 when a woman was stabbed through the mouth with a screwdriver.

From the Albany Police Department: Henry Nix III was transported to the Dougherty County Jail for the charges of aggravated assault, burglary and false imprisonment. Nix came to Albany Police Department at 3:30 Thursday.  This case remains under investigation.



The Albany Police Department has sent out an alert that they have located 23-year-old Henry Nix III.

Nix had warrants issued against him for aggravated assault, burglary, and false imprisonment after an incident on May 22 when a woman was stabbed through the mouth with a screwdriver.
