Police have named that shooting suspect to be 39-year-old Tracey Gulley who was arrested and charged with aggravated assault Saturday.

A man is in custody after a shooting took place Saturday afternoon.

21-year-old Larry Butler was grazed by a bullet when a suspect pulled a gun on him.

Butler and his girlfriend were in an argument in the roadway outside 1518 Malone Avenue.

The shooting suspect intervened and Butler slapped the suspect's hand.

That’s when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot at Butler.

He was taken to Phoebe Putney for treatment.

No charges have been filed at this time.
