The Darton College Players perform "As You Like It" for Shakespeare's birthday.

The Darton College Players got out and enjoyed the weather Sunday.
They performed the Shakespeare comedy "As You Like It" just in time for the famous playwright's birthday, which is Monday, April 23rd.
The group began the two-show run Sunday afternoon at the Veteran's Park Amphitheatre, an obvious nod to the days of Shakespeare himself.
“When it became clear to us that we needed to move our spring show somewhere I thought: Shakespeare, outdoors, perfect,” said Deborah Liss-Green, play director.
If you missed Sunday's performance, you can catch the second and final show at Darton's campus Monday night at six.
General admission is $5 and students get in free with their ID.
