ALBANY, GA -- The Albany Police Department has released the name of the man found in a wooded area in the 1800 block of Westtown Road on Wednesday.




APD says that he has been identified as 52-year-old Anthony Westbrook.  Police found Westbrook's vehicle at 1409 Palmyra Road around 5:00 p.m. on Friday April 6, 2012.
