DOUGHERTY COUNTY, GA -- Dougherty County Police have made an arrest and released the names of those involved in a shooting incident Thursday afternoon at Kitty's Flea Market in east Albany.

Authorities say they have arrested 21-year-old Ladarion Harmon as one of the shooters. They say he was driving the Honda Accord linked to incident.

The shooting victims were 20-year-old John Perkins and 23-year-old Hubert Williams. Their medical status is currently unknown at this time. They were in a Crown Victoria with 17-year-old Dominque Simmons, who was questioned by investigators and released.

Both victims were able to drive themselves to the hospital after being shot. Authorities say their vehicle had multiple gunshot holes upon arrival to the hospital.
