ALBANY, GA --
At Thursday morning's Water, Gas and Light Commission Board meeting, there was talk about everything from the last rate increase to a local brown site.

From December to February, the commission lost more than 2 and half million dollars from customers not using utilities during this mild winter.

The Commission believes by May, that the bleeding will stop and they will see the benefits of the rate increase to help improve their financial situation.
