Wellness Coach Julie Schwartz spoke to Phoebe employees during a Lunch and  Learn seminar Wednesday afternoon.

Schwartz  brings more than 25 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and corporations.

Her main topics include wellness initiatives, weight management, nutrition, healthy living, lifestyle changes, and personal training.

“It’s really about trying to help people get motivated from something very internal that may be dealing with their value system to choose better with their eating and activates with there over all well being,” Julie Schwartz wellness coach.
   
Schwartz is a registered and licensed dietitian and is a board certified specialist in sports diets.
