ALBANY, GA --
Breakfast was the meal of choice for the wining decathlon state championship team at Westover High School.

The team competed in competition this past weekend against 14 regions around Georgia.

Decathlon Coach Brian Collier says this second state championship is a great accomplishment for the district and the students. He added ”it’s important that we remember this, achievement happens when everyone pulls together; community, parents administration we have had such support."

The team is now moving on to the national competition on April 27. Last year the team placed 12th nationally.
