ALBANY, GA -- Kensley Fields is a Westover High School senior and he won the American Legion District Oratorical Contest in Albany.

The runner up was Kelsea Fitzhugh from Albany High School

Fields is no stranger to the competition, in his first year he placed third in the state.  In his second year in the competition, Fields placed second and this year he’s hoping to take home the state title.  Fields will compete later this month in the American Legion Area Two competition in Valdosta.
