ALBANY, GA --
Police have confirmed a suspect has been arrested and charged in a stabbing case from Saturday night that happened in the 1200 block of Van Deman Street.

19-year-old Alice Winslow has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault.

According to police reports, 26-year-old Chris Coleman got into a physical altercation with Winslow, his fiancé.

He allegedly struck her several times in the head and face before Winslow picked up a knife and cut him in the face and hand.

Coleman is recovering.
