ALBANY, GA --
It’s a close call for an Albany business as the parent company of Ryan’s announces a restructuring agreement is forcing them to close their underperforming stores.

According to a press release on Buffets’ website, restaurants in cities including Cartersville, Calhoun, Warner Robbins and Thomasville will be closing. The location in Albany on North Westover Boulevard is safe.

Buffets recently announced they filed voluntary petitions for reorganization after claiming Chapter 11 bankruptcy. They say they anticipate completing the restructuring process and exiting chapter 11 in six months.
