ALBANY, GA -- In our Facebook story of the day, we're asking if there is enough being done locally about childhood obesity in Georgia.

Eddie McBride with Phoebe Putney's Network of Trust visits 17 school systems in 16 counties around southwest Georgia to help implement an online health curriculum.

But he says there is always room for more action in the home.

“It's not just what we're doing in the community, it's also what's going on at home and just the way society is built around fast food. So I think we do a lot but there's always more that can be done.”

The curriculum teaches kids all about health, including exercise and healthy snack alternatives.
