ALBANY, GA -- Ward Four City Commissioner Roger Marietta is keeping his seat at the commission table for another four years.
He was with his family at Austin’s Fire Grill and Oyster Bar Tuesday night with supporters watching returns.
He says he is humbled by all the support he got from voters throughout his campaign.
“It's a humbling experience, but there's a lot of hard work for us at the city commission left to do, but I’ve got some ideas about things that I’m gonna do different in a second term and I feel pretty good about it,” says Marietta.
Marietta says he wants to focus on jobs and boosting local tourism and also slow down the decision-making process to allow for more input from constituents.
