ALBANY, GA -- Halloween has grown to be the second most expensive holiday in America, next to Christmas.

People go all out with decorations, costumes and candy.

And despite the economy, the average American will spend around $75 getting "ghouled-up" for the big night.

One house at 1300 Stuart Avenue was all decked out in chains, ghosts and graves.

The owner says she's not sure how much it all cost, but neighbors say they enjoy the spectacle every year.
