ALBANY, GA. -- Austin's Firegrill workers are putting the finishing touches on their new facility before opening doors on Monday.
Austin's Firegrill and Oyster Bar now sits in the location of the old Hooter’s building on Old Dawson Road.
The business relocated to the area for an opportunity to expand its clientele and appeal to the masses.
The owner of the restaurant says besides the new location, there are a few other changes, including large TV’s to watch sports games and a deck dining area.
Most importantly, he says the new menu is one to experience.
“We got Panini sandwiches for lunch, we got fish tacos, our gourmet salads, of course great ribs and barbeque as always. At night time we're doing grilled grouper, ahi tuna, salmon we're doing smoke prime rib eye sandwiches, the list goes on,” said Austin’s Firegrill and Oyster Bar Owner Austin Newman.
He say the facility will also be open on Sundays.
