ALBANY, GA -- Mayoral hopeful Dorothy Hubbard picked up two key endorsements Wednesday.
Current mayor Willie Adams and former city commissioner Morris Gurr officially threw their support behind Hubbard.
Mayor Adams says Hubbard is the best person for the job.
“She's a good decent human being, she's a mother, she's a retired administrator, she is well educated. She has studied the issues she knows the problems of the city and she has six years of experience,” said Adams.
Hubbard is a former city commissioner. She's running against businesswoman B.J. Fletcher and former state legislator John White.
