Barry Schall was arrested in Chattanooga, Tennessee for theft and resisting arrest.

Cook County officials say 32-year-old Barry Schaal was on work detail with the Cook County Road Department when he stole a county employee’s personal vehicle.
Officials believe Schaal is in a white Chevy Avalanche.
At this time police say Schaal’s last known address is near Tallahassee, Florida and they think he may be headed that way. Schaal was originally arrested by the Georgia State Patrol for stealing a vehicle and transporting stolen property into Georgia.
If you see Schaal you’re asked to call police immediately.
