ALBANY, GA -- Firemen responded to an apartment fire a little after 11:00 p.m. Sunday night.

Fire officials say it happened at 2816 Partridge Drive, apartment "A".

They say it was a kitchen fire, but aren't sure what caused it.

Two adults were displaced and there's about $20,000 worth of damage.

There was water and smoke damage to the apartment next door, but luckily no one was living in that apartment.

Two firemen were injured and treated on the scene.

No other injuries were reported.
