School age kids put on production of Disney's "The Aristocats."

ALBANY, GA. -- Everybody may not be a cat but after seeing Lee County's rendition of “The Aristocats,” they just may want to be. A group of children from Lee and Dougherty County performed the well known play before family and friends at the Lee County High School Auditorium.

The play is a kid version of the 1970's Disney film "The Aristocats". The musical is famed for its hit song, "Everybody wants to be a cat."

Kids ranging from 6 to 18 star in the production.

Although Sunday was the last public showing, Lee County school children will view their own private performance on Monday.

The showing scheduled for Monday is sold out. However, organizers say if there are any empty seats available, they'll be open on a first come first serve basis.
