ALBANY, GA -- A car wreck stopped traffic for approximately 20 minutes Tuesday afternoon at Broad and Jackson Avenues.

Albany police say Shawn McCrary, the 20-year-old driver of a 1999 Chevrolet 1500, ran a red light and struck a 2005 black Ford Focus belonging to Kenya Hunter, 25.
