ALBANY, GA -- There were reports early Saturday morning of a structure fire at 705 West Society Avenue, Apartment 'G'.
Residents in the complex say they smelled smoke as early as 6:00 a.m.
The owner was not home at the time.
Fire officials say residents were in the process of moving out and the power was cut off, so there's no chance of it being an electrical fire.
Sam Harris, the fire department's Arson Investigator was called to the scene and they are still investigating.
