ALBANY, GA -- Police records indicate Vester Weaver called Albany Police January 28, 2011 in what was considered a domestic violence case.

An officer responded to their home after 10 p.m. January 28 in response to a domestic dispute.

Vester Weaver told police she and her husband, Municipal Court Judge Willie Weaver, had gotten into an argument over whether or not he was cheating on her.

No physical contact was made, however she did tell police he snatched some keys out of her hand when she tried to leave the house.

Weaver said she called police because she knew there was a gun in the house and was scared.

According to police reports, Willie Weaver voluntarily left the house.
